ChromeOS (2011) is Google's Linux-for-the-masses — Chrome browser as the OS, sandboxed tabs, verified boot, and a Gentoo-derived base that hides its own nature.\n\nIt owns the education market; ChromeOS Flex turned it into a Windows-refurb project.
