That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration relating to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Fuel System Integrity of Hydrogen Vehicles; Compressed Hydrogen Storage System Integrity; Incorporation by Reference (90 Fed.
