One Hundred Nineteenth Congress of the United States of America 1st Session Begun and held at the City of Washington on Friday, the third day of January, two thousand and twenty five S. J. RES. 13 JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency of the Department of the Treasury relating to the review of applications under the Bank Merger Act. That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency of the Department of the Treasury relating to Business Combinations Under the Bank Merger Act (89 Fed.
