Modification and continuation of exemption Section 104(b) of the Alaska Power Administration Asset Sale and Termination Act (Public Law 104–58; 42 U.S.C. 7152 note) is amended— (1) by striking or Snettisham; and (2) by striking or the Snettisham Purchaser.
