II 119th CONGRESS 2d Session S. 3791 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES February 5, 2026Mr. Wicker (for himself, Ms. Blunt Rochester, Mr. Murphy, Mrs. Britt, Mr. Coons, Mr. Kennedy, Ms. Collins, Ms. Hassan, and Mr. Markey) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation A BILL To reauthorize Regional Ocean Partnerships, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026. 2. Reauthorization of regional ocean partnerships Section 10202 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (16 U.S.C. 1468) is amended— (1) in subsection (g)— (A) in paragraph (1), by inserting and not later than 5 years after the date of enactment of the Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026, after this Act,; and (B) in paragraph (2), by striking The report and inserting Each report; and (2) in subsection (j)— (A) in paragraph (1)— (i) by striking subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C); (ii) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) and (E) as subparagraphs (A) and (B), respectively; and (iii) by adding at the end the following: (C) $11,572,444 for fiscal year 2028. (D) $11,688,168 for fiscal year 2029. (E) $11,805,050 for fiscal year 2030. (F) $11,923,101 for fiscal year 2031. ; and (B) in paragraph (3), by striking 2023 through 2027 and inserting 2026 through 2031.
