II 119th CONGRESS 1st Session S. 1518 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES April 29, 2025Mrs. Gillibrand introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources A BILL To redesignate the Saratoga National Historical Park as the Saratoga National Battlefield Park. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Strengthening America’s Turning Point Act. 2. Saratoga National Battlefield Park (a) Redesignation The Saratoga National Historical Park shall be known and designated as the Saratoga National Battlefield Park. (b) References Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Saratoga National Historical Park shall be deemed to be a reference to the Saratoga National Battlefield Park.
