Extension of authority for modifications to Second Division Memorial Notwithstanding section 8903(e) of title 40, United States Code, the authority provided by section 352 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115–91; 131 Stat. 1367) shall continue to apply through September 30, 2032.
