R. 4631 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES July 23, 2025Mr. Bell introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary A BILL To amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to include additional ZIP Codes with respect to claims relating to Manhattan Project waste. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the St. Louis RECA Readjustment Act. 2. Radiation exposure compensation claims relating to Manhattan Project waste (a) Inclusion of additional ZIP Codes Section 5A(d)(1) of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (Public Law 101–426; 42 U.S.C. 2210 note), as added by section 100204 of Public Law 119–21, is amended by inserting 63106, 63107 after 63074,. (b) Effective date The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of Public Law 119–21.
