RES. 24 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES January 16, 2025Mrs. Bice (for herself, Ms. Tenney, Mr. Rulli, Mr. Clyde, Mr. Perry, and Mr. Palmer) submitted the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relating to Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Walk-In Coolers and Walk-In Freezers. That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relating to Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Walk-In Coolers and Walk-In Freezers (89 Fed. Reg. 104616 (December 23, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
