RES. 62 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES February 26, 2024Mr. Tester (for himself and Mr. Rounds) introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service relating to Importation of Fresh Beef From Paraguay. That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service relating to Importation of Fresh Beef From Paraguay (88 Fed. Reg. 77883 (November 14, 2023)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
