RES. 38 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES July 26, 2023Mr. Rubio (for himself, Mr. Scott of Florida, Mr. Marshall, and Mr. Cramer) introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Federal Highway Administration relating to Waiver of Buy America Requirements for Electric Vehicle Chargers. That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Federal Highway Administration relating to Waiver of Buy America Requirements for Electric Vehicle Chargers (88 Fed. Reg. 10619 (February 21, 2023)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
