II 118th CONGRESS 2d Session S. 4021 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES March 21, 2024Mr. Rubio introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary A BILL To place restrictions on the official display of flags, seals, or emblems other than the United States flag. 1. Display of flags, seals, and emblems other than the United States flag Any flag, seal, or emblem that is not the United States flag and is flown, draped, projected, or displayed otherwise as a visual and symbolic representation at a United States diplomatic mission, official residence, or official office, or on an official United States vehicle— (1) shall be smaller than the official United States flag; and (2) if flown, may not be displayed higher than or above the United States flag.
