Short title This Act may be cited as the Success for Military Connected Students Act of 2023. 2. Staffing of Department of Defense Education Activity schools to maintain maximum student-to-teacher ratios Section 589B(c) of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116–283; 134 Stat. 3659) is amended by striking 2023–2024 academic year and inserting 2029–2030 academic year.
