Establishment of counseling pathway in the Transition Assistance Program for members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces Section 1142(c)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended, in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting (including one pathway for members of the reserve components) after military department concerned.
