Short title This Act may be cited as the Dennis and Lois Krisfalusy Act. 2. Expansion of eligibility for Department of Veterans Affairs headstones, markers, and burial receptacles for certain individuals Section 2306(b)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended in subparagraphs (B) and (C)— (1) by striking who dies on or after November 11, 1998, each place it appears; and (2) by striking October 1, 2024 each place it appears and inserting October 1, 2034.
