Short title This Act may be cited as the Fight Against Fentanyl Act. 2. Fentanyl testing kits and opioid reversal agents Section 501(a)(1)(E) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (34 U.S.C. 10152(a)(1)(E)) is amended by inserting , including programs to purchase fentanyl testing kits and opioid reversal agents before the period.
