Funding authority for livestock relocation and feed crop losses due to natural disasters Section 5 of the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act (15 U.S.C. 714c) is amended— (1) by redesignating subsection (h) as subsection (i); and (2) by inserting after subsection (g) the following: (h) Provide emergency assistance to dairy and livestock producers for livestock relocation, shelter-in-place, and feed crop losses due to natural disasters. .
