Modifications to the Office of the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction Section 1229(m)(1)(B) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 5 App.) is amended by striking the reconstruction of Afghanistan and inserting assistance for the benefit of the Afghan people.
