Short title This Act may be cited as the Restoring American Energy Dominance Act. 2. Withdrawal of BLM proposed rule The Director of the Bureau of Land Management— (1) shall withdraw the proposed rule of the Bureau of Land Management entitled Fluid Mineral Leases and Leasing Process (88 Fed. Reg. 47562 (July 24, 2023)); and (2) may not take any action to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule described in paragraph (1) or any substantially similar rule.
