Short title This Act may be cited as the Water Access Act. 2. Appropriation for LIHWAP There is appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for fiscal year 2024, $500,000,000 for the low-income household water assistance program under section 2912 of subtitle K of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (15 U.S.C. 9058b).
