Short title This Act may be cited as the Defense Capability Development Minor Construction Enhancement Act of 2023. 2. Modification of authority to carry out defense laboratory modernization program Section 2805(g)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended in subparagraph (D) by inserting or development, production, and sustainment of combat capabilities before the period at the end.
