Russell National School Lunch Act to increase the fine for certain fraudulent activities related to funds for child nutrition programs, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Fighting Their Fraud Act of 2023. 2. Prevention of fraud under child nutrition programs Section 12(g) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1760(g)) is amended by striking $25,000 and inserting $50,000.
