Short title This Act may be cited as the Nonrestrictive Offshore Wind Act or the NOW Act. 2. Repeal of offshore wind leasing restrictions Paragraph (2) of section 50265(b) of Public Law 117–169 (43 U.S.C. 3006(b)) is repealed.
