R. 375 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES January 17, 2023 Mrs. González-Colón introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure A BILL To amend title 49, United States Code, with respect to air cargo in Puerto Rico, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Puerto Rico Air Cargo Industry Empowerment Act. 2. Cargo in Alaska or Puerto Rico Section 41703(e) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the subsection heading by inserting or Puerto Rico after Alaska; and (2) by inserting or Puerto Rico after Alaska each place it appears.
