Short title This Act may be cited as the Aviation Investment and Recruitment Act of 2023 or the AIR Act of 2023. 2. Aviation Workforce Development Programs Section 625(b)(1) of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (49 U.S.C. 40101 note) is amended— (1) by striking $5,000,000 each place it appears and inserting $20,000,000; and (2) by striking 2019 through 2023 each place it appears and inserting 2024 through 2028.
