R. 3641 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES May 24, 2023Mr. Jackson of Texas introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs A BILL To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to rescind guidelines and ensure the removal of signs and guidance relating to the COVID–19 pandemic. 1. Termination of Department of Veterans Affairs COVID–19 guidelines The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall immediately— (1) rescind any and all guidelines relating to the COVID–19 pandemic; and (2) ensure the removal of all signs and posted guidance related to COVID–19 at Department of Veterans Affairs facilities, including those regarding masking and social distancing.
