Short title This Act may be cited as the Supporting Safety Net Hospitals Act. 2. Delaying certain disproportionate share hospital payment reductions under the Medicaid program Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.1396r–4(f)(7)(A)) is amended— (1) in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking 2024 and inserting 2026; and (2) in clause (ii), by striking 2024 and inserting 2026.
