Limitation on availability of funds for Environmental Protection Agency, Inland Oil Spill Programs for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Environmental Protection Agency, Inland Oil Spill Programs for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $18,209,000.
