Limitation on availability of funds for Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation Benefits, Special Benefits for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation Benefits, Special Benefits for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $230,000,000.
