R. 10427 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES December 16, 2024Mr. Grothman (for himself and Mr. Steil) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and the Workforce A BILL To require the Secretary of Labor to withdraw a proposed rule relating to certificates issued under section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1937. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Continuing Opportunities for People with Disabilities to Excel Act. 2. Withdrawal of proposed rule relating to section 14(c) certificates The Secretary of Labor shall withdraw the proposed rule titled Employment of Workers With Disabilities Under Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (89 Fed. Reg. 96466; published December 4, 2024).
