RES. 189 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES July 18, 2024Mr. Palmer submitted the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relating to Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Air-Cooled Commercial Package Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps. That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relating to Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Air-Cooled Commercial Package Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps (89 Fed. Reg. 44052 (May 20, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
