Abraham Lincoln National Heritage Area Section 451 of the Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008 (54 U.S.C. 320101 note; Public Law 110–229; 122 Stat. 824) is amended by striking the date that is 15 years after the date of the enactment of this subtitle and inserting May 8, 2038.
