To allow States and Tribal entities to use unexpended COVID–19 relief funds to pay fines on behalf of employers for violating the emergency temporary standard issued by the Department of Labor relating to COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing and any final rule issued with respect to such emergency temporary standard, and for other purposes.
