(Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 to require the Secretary of the Treasury to consult with affected financial institutions and governments of the Caribbean region when developing the strategy on financial services de-risking required under that law. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Caribbean Stakeholders Engagement Act. 2. Strategy on de-risking Section 6215(c)(4) of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (31 U.S.C. 5311 note) is amended by inserting including affected financial institutions and governments of the Caribbean region, before shall develop.
