Short title This Act may be cited as the Disarm the IRS Act. 2. Internal Revenue Service prohibited from acquiring ammunition Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Internal Revenue Service may not acquire (by purchase or otherwise) any ammunition after the date of the enactment of this Act.
