R. 7044 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES March 9, 2022 Mr. Perry (for himself and Mrs. Miller of Illinois) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL To prohibit importation of nickel and copper from the Russian Federation. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Not a Red Cent from Russia Act. 2. Prohibition on importation of nickel and copper from the Russian Federation Effective on the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall prohibit importation into the United States of nickel and copper from the Russian Federation.
