Elimination of sunset of authority to make certain appointments for the National Disaster Medical System Section 2812(c)(4) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300hh–11(c)(4)) is amended— (1) by striking (A) In general.—If the Secretary determines and inserting If the Secretary determines; and (2) by striking subparagraph (B).
