Short title This Act may be cited as the Defend the Blend Act. 2. Prohibition against retroactive reductions of determinations under the Renewable Fuel Program The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency may not reduce any applicable volume determined under subsection (o)(2) of section 211 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545), or any renewable fuel obligation or applicable percentage determined under subsection (o)(3) of such section, that has already been finalized for any calendar year.
