Extension of coverage of Coronavirus Relief Fund payments to Tribal governments Section 601(d)(3) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 801(d)(3)) is amended by inserting (or, in the case of costs incurred by a Tribal government, during the period that begins on March 1, 2020, and ends on December 31, 2022) after December 31, 2021.
