RES. 84 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES April 28, 2022Mr. Perry submitted the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of a rule submitted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration relating to civil penalties. That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration relating to civil penalties published on April 1, 2022 (87 Fed. Reg. 18994), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
