Short title This Act may be cited as the Age Discrimination in Employment Parity Act of 2019. 2. Amendment Section 11(b) of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (29 U.S.C. 630(b)) is amended by striking twenty the 1st place it appears and inserting 15. 3. Effective date This Act and the amendment made by this Act shall take effect 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
