RES. 15 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES January 30, 2017 Ms. Murkowski (for herself, Mr. McConnell, Mr. Barrasso, Mr. Crapo, Mr. Daines, Mr. Enzi, Mrs. Fischer, Mr. Flake, Mr. Gardner, Mr. Heller, Mr. Inhofe, Mr. Lee, Mr. McCain, Mr. Risch, Mr. Sullivan, Mr. Hatch, and Mr. Sasse) introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the final rule submitted by the Director of the Bureau of Land Management relating to resource management planning. That Congress disapproves the final rule submitted by the Director of the Bureau of Land Management relating to resource management planning (81 Fed. Reg. 89580 (December 12, 2016)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
