Whitehurst Federal Building. 1. Designation The Federal building and United States courthouse located at 2110 First Street in Fort Myers, Florida, shall be known and designated as the George W. Whitehurst Federal Building and United States Courthouse. 2. References Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building and United States courthouse referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the George W. Whitehurst Federal Building and United States Courthouse. Amend the title so as to read: A bill to designate the Federal building located at 2110 First Street in Fort Myers, Florida, as the George W.
