Russell National School Lunch Act to include canned, dried, frozen, or pureed fruits and vegetables. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Fruit and Vegetable Access for Children Act. 2. Fresh fruit and vegetable program Section 19 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1769a) is amended by inserting , canned, dried, frozen, or pureed after fresh each place it appears in each of subsections (a), (b), and (e).
