Declaration of nonnavigability for Rivercenter, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Section 38(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1988 (33 U.S.C. 59j–1(c); 102 Stat. 4038) is amended— (1) by striking (except 30 years from such date of enactment, in the case of the area or any part thereof described in subsection (a)(5)); and (2) by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the declaration of nonnavigability for the area described in subsection (a)(5), or any part thereof, shall not expire..
