R. 5089 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES July 11, 2014 Mr. Ross introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform A BILL To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2000 Mulford Road in Mulberry, Florida, as the Sergeant First Class Daniel M. Ferguson Post Office. 1. Sergeant First Class Daniel M. Ferguson Post Office (a) Designation The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2000 Mulford Road in Mulberry, Florida, shall be known and designated as the Sergeant First Class Daniel M. Ferguson Post Office. (b) References Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the Sergeant First Class Daniel M. Ferguson Post Office.
