prohibit ,senators from trading on      
prediction markets4  #a4 ,prohibition on
 prediction market trading by ,senators 
,rule ,,xxxvii of the ,standing ,rules  
of the ,senate is amended-- 7#a7 by     
redesignating paragraph #ae as paragraph
 #af2 and  7#b7 by inserting after      
paragraph #ad the following3  #ae4 ,no  
,member1 officer1 or employee of the    
,senate may enter into1 or offer to     
enter into1 an agreement1 contract1     
swap1 or transaction that provides for  
any purchase1 sale1 payment1 or delivery
 of an excluded commodity1 as defined in
 section #a;a of the ,commodity         
,exchange ,act 7#g ,u4,s4,c4 #a;a71 that
 is dependent on the occurrence1        

nonoccurrence1 or the extent of the     
occurrence of a specific event or       
contingency4 ,nothing in this paragraph 
shall be construed to apply to insurance
 for which the insured holds a lawful

the ,senate ,it is the sense of the     
,senate that the ,house of
