 some of the greatest athletic feats in

,states1 from the ,olympic games to     
professional competition2 ,whereas      
female athletes have served as          
inspirations for generations of women   
and girls2 ,whereas the enactment of    
,title ,,ix of the ,education           
,amendments of #aigb 7#bj ,u4,s4,c4     
#afha et seq47 7referred to in this     
preamble as ,title ,,ix7 marked a       
pivotal moment in the ,federal support  
of girls in sports2 ,whereas there are  
fundamental biological differences      
between men and women that put women at 
a competitive disadvantage in sports and
 jeopardize their safety during         
competition2 ,whereas1 in recent years1 
there has been an increase in the number
 of biological men allowed to compete in
 women's sports2 ,whereas1 since #bjjc1 
biological men have displaced women and 
girls from over #iej championship       
titles1 medals1 scholarships1 and       
records they should have rightfully won1

titles in volleyball1 swimming1 mountain
 biking1 track and field1 weightlifting1
