certain requirements relating to the    
,nonprofit ,security ,grant ,program of 
the ,department of ,homeland ,security1 
and for other purposes4  #a4 ,short     
title ,this ,act may be cited as the    
,safe ,spaces for ,all ,act4  #b4 ,,dhs 
nonprofit security grant program        
,section #bjji7;c77#a7 of the ,homeland 
,security ,act of #bjjb 7#f ,u4,s4,c4   
#fji;a7c77#a77 is amended-- 7#a7 in     
subparagraph 7,c71 by inserting 1       
including the hiring of onsite security 
personnel before the period2  7#b7 in   
subparagraph 7,d71 by inserting         
application for and before              

administration2 and  7#c7 by adding at  
the end the following3  7,f7 ,hiring of 
off-duty police officers4  7,g7 ,hiring 
personnel to apply for funding under    
this section1 except that such expenses 
may not exceed #e percent of the amount 
of the grant4  4
