provide penalties for unauthorized      
access to intelligence community        
property1 and for other purposes4  #a4  
,short title  ,this ,act may be cited as
 the ,intelligence ,community ,property 
,security ,act of #bjbe4  #b4           
,unauthorized access to intelligence    
community property  7a7  ,in general    
,the ,national ,security ,act of #aidg  
7#ej ,u4,s4,c4 #cjja et seq47 is amended
 by adding at the end the following3    
#aaae4  ,unauthorized access to         
intelligence community property  7a7    
,in general  ,it shall be unlawful1     
within the jurisdiction of the ,united  

,states1 without authorization to access
 any property that--  7#a7 is under the 
jurisdiction of an element of the       
intelligence community2 and  7#b7 has   
been clearly marked as closed or        
restricted4  7b7 ,penalties ,any person 
who violates subsection 7a7 shall--     
7#a7 in the case of the first offense1  
be fined under title #ah1 ,united       
,states ,code1 imprisoned for not more  
than #ahj days1 or both2  7#b7 in the   
case of the second offense1 be fined    
under such title1 imprisoned for not    
more than #c years1 or both2 and  7#c7  
in the case of the third or subsequent  
offense1 be fined under such title1     
imprisoned for not more than #aj years1 
or both4  4  7b7  ,clerical amendment
